Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ARISE AI & Consulting ("ARISE", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use ariseaic.com. This policy is provided in good faith and should be reviewed by legal counsel before being relied on in a regulated context.
Data controller
ARISE AI & Consulting is the data controller. For any privacy-related question you can contact us at ariseaiconsulting@gmail.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you actively provide through our contact form: name, email address, and optionally company name, website, annual revenue range, your growth challenge and goals. We also store the language preference (Portuguese or English) reflected by the URL you visit.
Why we collect it
The sole purpose of collecting contact-form data is to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you engage us, deliver our services. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by checking the consent box before submitting the form, and where relevant on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who processes the data
Form submissions are received by an edge function running on Supabase (our backend infrastructure provider). Booking calls are handled via Cal.com when you choose to use that flow. These are the only third parties involved in processing your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies at this time. If we enable analytics in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, we will ask for your consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at ariseaiconsulting@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
